Our B & B is located on a farm at the end of the road. A perfect get-a-way for rest, relaxation and romance.
Come and go as you please as each room has its own private entrance.
The Garden Room has a king bed, double jacuzzi and a screened-in porch.
The Tree Top Room has a queen bed and its own bath.
Each room has VCR only. Sit on the porch, relax watch the squirrels or listen to the night sounds.
Formerly called the Walter Simen Place. Rumor has it that Walter opened his doors to gangsters that needed to lay low for awhile. He moved to Fila in 1960. We bought the farm in 1969. What remains from the old times is a barn and a cellar house that Walter built. Also under the hill is a spring. The foundation of an old spring house remains.

So that we can help you find us, you may want to check in at the Ozark Orchard Restaurant, located on Main Street in Eminence, or follow the map, at right.
Directions:
At Eminence, take Highway 106 West for one mile. In West Eminence turn at the county road east of the elementary school. Turn at the second right-hand gravel road from the school, about one half mile. Follow the gravel road in front of the rock building, when it forks, stay to the left and follow road to end.
We are at the end of the road, another half mile.
Television & telephones: In keeping with the tranquil atmosphere of an inn, our guest rooms do not have televisions or telephones. A house phone is available for your use. Each room has a VCR and several tapes to watch. There are several places in town to rent VCR tapes, also.
Games & books: We have cards and games to play, reading material, VCR tapes, puzzles and more.
Cancellations: Refunds will be made if a cancellation notice is received at least one week prior to your reservation date.
